My FIrst X RAY -Kites.. this KITE wont fly much.

I like Hrithik Roshan acting, So his movies. He was terrific in Jodha Akbar. Krish was a success story because it offers India's our own Super Hero, In both "Krish and Koi Mil Gaya" Hrithik's charm and his acting skills were at his best. he over shadowed and ruled once again in Dhoom 2.He is Indian answer to Hollywod persona. It would be under statement If I called him a "Prolific Star" with lots of immense potential. But Kites is different.The story is cliche,taken off from various movies.The movie starts well with Hrithik as "J" the dodgy, reckless guy looking for one chance to be a millionaire and that chance he found in Jina (Kangna),daughter of Las Vegas biggest Casino's owner Kabeer bedi attracted to him. On the engagement party of Kangna's brother Tony (Nick Brown) he met Linda (a mexican immigrant), Tony's fiancee and they both fall in love with each other as they both were involved with their respective partners because of money but when they have option of chosing between Love and money, former prevailed above later. They ran away leaving every thing and than it is a game of cat and mouse between as Hrithik is accused of stealing two million dollars from Kabeer's casino and kidnapping Barbara. They ran every where and accused of robbing a bank also. however they keep on being chased by USA police who looks like foolish and private force of Kabir bedi. However it become bored and repetative by the end.There is no story in the end. It has been murdered by the director. If you talk about style, this movie has international style but what they forgot is most important part "the content". Hrithik looks great and dance well and proved once again that he is best in bollywood, however I am not going to watch this movie because it lacks soul, story and it is very slow.i still dont understand why most of wizards do mistake of taking viewers as granted. The person who is buying ticket by paying a huge chunk is smart. he knows what to pick and what not to pick. I expect some thing far far better from Hrithik.Barbara looks Hot and cater to international audiences.kangna and Kabir bedi is wasted. An average viewer is going to be baffeled by too much of English and Spanish and will be confused in understanding who knows what language. Music is avarage plus but not that great and will beslowly out of charts once movie's results will be out. The movie may open well due to hype , one of best PR exercise done for a movie. But this movie is not for a common Indian. It is going to be a big loss for them. Reliance big pictures, Theatre owners every one will lose in this movie... i havent seen the English/spanish version of the movie but as per hindi version also.this movie should show a big decline post weekend after openning very well.. however there are no major releases next week also canhelp movie to do well and recover cost.i gave 1/5. The one is only for Hrithik and I strongly suggest watching "Shrek" than this one.
